Two-Bedroom Luxury Apartment with Workspace, Free Parking & coffee

Location right in Chinatown a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome. Clean and spacious with extra fans and heaters.

Sofa and seats might do with a bit of cleaning.

This property is ideally located within walking distance of everything you might want to do in the city of Birmingham. The underground free parking is so convenient, safe and secure. Both bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom, one of which is en-suite and boasts a full bath with over shower whilst the other bathroom has a superbly sized walk in shower. The balcony is very large and is a welcome space for sitting outside with privacy. The sofa is large and comfortable and there are two further chairs in the living area with a good size dining table and chairs also. There is a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board, both of which were convenient.

Yea towels are not provided in the kitchen and whilst one bath towel per person is provided, no hand towel is provided in the bathroom.

The mattress was a bit soft

Apartment is in a modern medium-rise block in Chinatown, so really convenient for food, hippodrome and a short walk to bullring. Also Tesco express 2 mins away. Two bedrooms, one with an ensuite and also a bathroom. Lounge area with large v comfy sofa and kitchenette with everything you need. Also parking space is included in the price which is excellent. Enjoyed our stay.

Nothing much, just a few bits ned attention eg new coat of paint needed in bathroom. Maybe some kitchen towel or a tea towel in kitchen. Some very minor repairs needed eg letter flap is missing, second bedroom door has a faulty latch and is hard to open (in fact I thought I was locked in!) But it is great value / location, so would use again!

Good desk for working. Nice to have a private deck.

Beds uncomfortable. No Aircon. Cheap coffee not sure why you would advertise when it's just Nescafé sachets.

Clean bathroom and bedding.

Location and the freezer door wouldn't close because of the amount of ice built up. Never defrosted it seems.

The host was brilliant, from communication before arrival to be so helpful when we arrived. The location of the property in amazing and considering its in the centre of Birmingham, was quiet.

Not much space in the bedrooms, but that didn't take away from the experience.
