Easy and welcoming check in. House was cosy and warm. Great view out of the bedroom window. Good facilities. Nice and comfy. Great for the price as close to my family.

Clean, cosy, comfy, homely,

No staff to greet us or check our IDs. We saw no staff during our stay. We let ourselves in the property (not sure if this was the normal thing) couldn’t contact anybody via phone or email. No direction from anyone. We guessed from the pictures that this was our booking, apart from that, the Farm House was beautiful.

"Great Property, spacious."

Clean, excellent quality accommodation. Very spacious in a nice location, easy to get to Leeds City Center. We arrived late, so it was a nice touch to have tea, coffee facilities available with Milk in the fridge.

Shower wasn't the best, not very powerful. A small thing really as everything else is excellent. 10/10

Perfect location for getting to Leeds Beds were very comfy Comfortable living room All the amenities needed

The only issue for me would be that the shower could use an upgrade

Extremely clean property and really spacious. Rooms were a great size and so was lounge. Lovely safe place with gated entrance. Really recommend this and will be back for a wedding next April!
