"Exceptional"

Cosy and very comfortable, we only stayed one night but the fire was on waiting for us, there was milk, tea and coffee and biscuits, and everything was very clean.

"Perfect for Leeds stay"

We have stayed here twice - easy to access the property on arrival with parking. Perfect location for Leeds, a £12 taxi ride. Comfortable living room and fully working kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable and great size! Only criticism would be the bathroom could do with an upgrade - but all fully working Would definitely stay again!

Location was fantastic, semi rural but 15 mins from Leeds City centre

I didn't dislike anything, and it's all opinions but i do like a softer bed butsome people like hard so really nothing can or should be done about that

Great little cottage for an overnight work stay with some creature comforts that you can’t get in a hotel room

The shower needs some maintenance. The shower head doesn’t stay up.
