The Farm House Modern spacious 2 bedroom home at Tong road Leeds perfect for contractors free secure parking

Location was handy for our needs and provided a spacious apartment for ourselves and our 2 daughters who had to share a bed. The owner kindly left tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for our arrival. We brought our own breakfast. The property was well heated on our arrival.

The exterior front and back was rather bleak given it's country location and the period farmhouse property but i guess saying it's good for contractors is the clue in the description of the property. There was a stain on the kitchen ceiling caused by an on going leak from the bathroom directly above of which we notified the owner so it doesn't get any worse. Hanging the bedroom mirror on the wall or higher above the chest of drawers with a chair next to it would be handy for applying make up etc.

Conveniently situated for family get together. Good parking. Lovely lounge and comfy beds

Leanne is a lovely host. It was good to meet her. Her property, is spacious and clean. Felt like home from home

The property was well appointed with all the facilities we could have wished for. The bedrooms were comfortable the kitchen had everything you could hope for and the lounge was superb.

The property would benefit from some net curtains across the kitchen entry area to offer a little privacy.
