"A perfect choice! Superb staff!"

The top thing about this small hotel is that staff. Friendly and super helpful…before I arrived as I had many questions and during my short stay. The room was small but well-equipped and there is a little lounge area too if you wish. Super comfy bed and linens. Hot water, A/C, wifi all worked perfectly. Great location. I also liked that they provided water for unusable water bottles!

Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, 24h ist die Rezeption besetzt, Lage ist sehr gut.

"Well located, unfussy place to stay in heart of Almaty"

Very attentive service when I arrived. Situated in a pleasant neighbourhood with good bars and restaurants around. Very robust wifi

You have to go up several flights of steps without a lift. When I arrived the person on duty quickly dashed down to bring my case up but would be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

C’est un super rapport qualité-prix ! Le logement est propre et situé dans le centre historique/soviétique d’Almaty. Nous avons tout visité à pied Les hôtes étaient très aimables et nous avons pu y laisser nos bagages entre deux visites De l’eau est mise à dispo en bombonne
