Very nice staff, very nice location, a fantastic bed. They booked a taxi for me from the airport and to the airport. The bathroom was huge and clean. There was bottled water available from dispensers in the lobby. Supposedly, you could order an espresso from the hotel, although I didn't do it. The bed was very comfy. There's a safe in the room. The location is fairly central. Overall, I had a nice stay.

It's hard to book a taxi from this hotel, because they can't easily get to the entrance as there's a gate. The hotel doesn't have an elevator; however, the staff were very nice to offer their help with carrying the suitcases up and down the stairs. The room was too warm at night, even though I opened the window (it was April). There's only one spot in the room where you can open your large suitcase, which is between the entrance door and the bathroom door, although I made it work. There's no privacy at all, there are cameras everywhere, so if you're bringing anyone expect that you'll have to explain yourself (at least I felt that way). Although there's no room in the room to invite someone for a quick coffee anyway. The restaurant downstairs opens at 9, and they are fairly expensive by local standards, so I'd recommend eating elsewhere if you want an earlier or a more affordable breakfast.
