隣にスーパーがあり、飲食店も近くにあるのは良かった。

入り口が裏手にあり分かりにくいのは、事前に調べて知っていました。大通りからも徒歩であれば入れるので、わざわざタクシーを裏手に停めなくてもホテルへアクセスできます。部屋やお風呂場に小さなゴキブリがいました。エアコンを付けると、ミシミシ音がしてエアコンが落ちてきそうで、よく眠れなかった。階段でのアクセスになるので、大きなスーツケースがあるとキツいかも。廊下にウォーターサーバーがあったのはとても助かりました。冷蔵庫の効きはいまひとつ。

Quiet hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful, and the room was clean and well equipped. Would come back here anytime.

Has everything you need and nothing you don't! Cozy, clean, and comfortable, with the most helpful front desk staff. Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, above multiple cafes and next door to a grocery!

Location is good as in the central of the Almaty city, supermarket just close by and restaurants around.

It was ok hotel for the price paid.
