The staff was nice, the air conditioning works well, they provide drinking water, good location

We wanted to get a good night's sleep in this hotel. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The insulation is so bad that every time someone opens tik tok or chats in their room, it can be heard very clearly. Even at 1 or 3 in the morning. There is also a lot of light coming into the room from the street. We also had a lot of hair in the bed from someone else, I probably wouldn't have expected this in a hotel like this.

New or newly renovated hotel. Comfortable, clean and modern rooms in new condition. The room was quite small but good for the price. Great location in the middle of Chau Doc, next to the market and close to the Futa bus ticket office and pick-up point. Friendly 24/7 reception with a good level of English, they answered our questions and arranged an english-speaking private tour for us to see the surroundings (Tra Su forest, Sam mountain, ricefields).

We experienced some noise from other guests during late evening and the early morning, as the door to the hallway is not that thick. This could be improved but it’s the only real attention point.
