"Me gusto el alojamiento pero tiene bastantes áreas en las que pueden mejorar. Algo que fue bastante desagradable fue que"

Su ubicación y el trato del personal todos muy amables. Me gusto el que puedas tener acceso a la playa y vista hacia La Marina lo hacen un lugar especial. El buffet es bastante agradable y la comida está rica en especial en el desayuno así como todo el personal de entretenimiento lo hacen muy ameno.

El snack bar Caracol tiene un servicio muy lento y la comida necesita mejorar mucho. Al igual que el restaurante italiano la comida es bastante mala. No tienen carritos de golf para conectar ambas secciones y durante la tarde es pesado caminar esas distancias ya que no hay sombra para resguardarse.

"Not worth the money."

The staff tried to accomodate my celiac son, but there was little that was offered. The pools were nice.

The pictures on Booking.com were not what were actually available through the resort. It showed pictures of villas that were privately owned. I had booked a villa so I could cook for my celiac son. The villa had a hot plate and microwave, but no pots/pans/plates/utencils/fridge etc. The food was also not very good in the buffet or the restaurants. One evening we waited for 1.5hours to get our food.
