excelente hotel muy comoda la estancia la comida muy buena y el personal que nos atendio muy buen servicio

que NO hubiera wifi en las habitaciones y falto que hicieran actividades acuaticas. los dias que estuvimos no hubo

"The staff was amazing. Everything else really needed imporvement ."

I canot say enough good things about the entire staff, especially Christina at the front desk and Migeul which I am not sure what his role is, but they were both amazing. Originally we ordered 2 rooms close to each other, and we got that, however, our rooms were on the 3rd floor, right where the central stage is for the night time entertainment, and the balcony right into the pool. With 2 kids and me having to work a few hours a day that didn't work. They were very accommodating and showed us a few different rooms and different sections of the hotel and moved us with no questions asked, and not fuss around it, and with a smile on their face. The Italian restaurant on site was surprisingly good and we ended up gong there twice.

The food, besides the Italian restaurant was mediocre at best. the facilities are ok. the drinks were weak, the WiFi situation was really bad! The staff really made up for all the less good items on the list.

Que está muy limpio y que el personal si está al pendiente el detalle que a mí punto de vista no había mucho personal

Personal con una excelente actitud

Entiendo que fue un fin de semana muy diferente por la cuestión de los narcos pero la comida la mitad de mi estadía fue muy mala no tenían nada y los bares solo funcionaba una, muy mal en ese aspecto
