Not receiving key code and difficulty in reaching host in order to obtain it. Inside although adequate accommodation the state of the paintwork, laminate floors, carpet and furniture were damaged/ broken insufficient cutlery and Crockery. The whole place needed a thorough clean and upgrading

Very convenient for an early Heathrow flight, plenty of space.

Not enough towels, probably just an oversight and we arrived late so didn't have time to ask about it.

The property was insecure when we arrived, windows open and rear doors unlocked so immediately did not feel safe. House was in darkness, when we entered and turned lights on, the stair carpet is threadbare, paint missing on banisters, washing up on drainer, dirty bowels in cupboards. Upstairs was poor, bath panel is broken, floors not clean, sockets dirty. Used toiletries in bathroom, hair gel behind tv! Female hygiene products in kitchen, I could go on it was just not a nice place to stay and we were pleased to leave in the morning. On a positive it’s a great location for Thorpe Park or Heathrow! But not for us unfortunately
