Great location! Great food, nice people.

Bed was 1.40m en voelde als 1.00m. Matras heel beroerd, halverwege de nacht op de grond gaan liggen. WC spoelde niet goed door. Goedkope kamer maar dramanacht.

Good location, friendly pub atmosphere. Bedroom comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent value.

The location was fabulous and the food was delicious, we had mussels and they were exceptional.

The room was very small so that the double bed was pushed against the wall which meant one us didn’t have easy access. The bed was also very lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t too big and hard.

Excellent location, the view from the room was beautiful! The property was in the centre of Ullapool and the facilities were as described on the website.

The water pressure/temperature of the shower was pretty variable during our stay, the pressure was typically better at less popular times of day.

Great location overlooking harbour. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant facility was good and food was great.

The staff in the ‘Ferry Boat Inn’ were welcoming and friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs was part of the pub which is to be expected. And the meals from the kitchen were tasty, well-cooked from a varied menu. Good choice of beers, ciders and wines, etc.

The room was small and box-like and for the price paid wasn’t good value. The tv had signal problems which resulted in a distorted picture on most channels. Although the room was clean there was a definite neglect to furnishings. Ok, they may not employ a handyman, but as one example showed the room toilet roll holder was held on with an elastic band. Furthermore, the door handles to the downstairs exit door were loose: these may be minor complaints but the impression is one of carelessness. But the ultimate let-down is that of a notice behind the door which informs guests that in the event of any furnishings being removed the leading bill-payer would be held responsible. Sorry about this, but a presumption that guests would attempt to misappropriate furnishings for their own use is frankly insulting.
