2-Bed Apartment with Rooftop Garden in Prime Cardiff City Location

A nightmare experience from start to finish. The apartment was dirty upon arrival, with very poor hygiene standards. The location feels unsafe, isolated, and far from the city centre if you are moving on foot. On top of that, communicating with the host was extremely difficult; he was slow to reply or completely absent when needed. The most unacceptable part, however, was the £100.00 security deposit we were forced to pay outside the platform via Revolut to get the check-in codes. Despite written promises of an immediate refund after check-out, weeks have passed and the host has completely disappeared, ghosting our calls and messages. He basically stole our money.

The apartment is not far from the centre of Cardiff

The apartment is more like student accommodation. An eclectic and poor selection of crockery and some cutlery. Very worn out furniture. The area is extremely rough and parking was a real pain. One of the electrical sockets next to the childs bed was completely loose from the wall (dangerous !) If you want to please people and obtain a decent review, invest in some semi-decent furniture, some reasonable crockery and spend some time making everything safe.

DO NOT STAY HERE When i arrived there was drug dealers outside the apartment finally got in side my children were scared allready but the horror we walked into was something else it look like a crack den there was a empty bag of coke on the stairs the flat it's self was disgustingly dirty to the point we left to go to as hotel the next day the owner didn't answer the phone or hardly answered my messages he wouldn't give my deposit back there was dirty sanitary towels in the bathroom the bin was overflowing my daughter led on the bed to try sleep and woke up covered in bed bugs I took loads of photos and videos All you could here was police all night pulling people over there is one tv it smells like mould there was pubes all over the toilet seat the shower was disgusting... My deposit was £100 that I was ment to get back when I left but he did not give it back instead he ignored all my messages... I will be taking this further as this is disgusting he was very rude in his messages when he did reply which was very rare people should avoid at all cost there was a allso loads of letters in all diffrent names so he is definitely affording the tax man He said he had aa family emergency which was as lie because I still haven't heared back i posted the keys back he said he would send my deposit back still nothing

That was the accommodation when we checked in, it was unclean and dirty, the trash was in everywhere and the smell was horrible , also the beds was dirty and not clean as the pictures in booking . At the moment I tried to communicate with them but they didn’t answer, so I want full refund , at the same day I called booking customer service, they said that they will contact the accommodation person, and they will refund me my money back, but 2 days I haven’t received my money back, booking only refund 14 pounds and that’s not acceptable, I want my full refund back. 

The entire place was a fire trap. The wiring was faulty. One of the plug sockets against the bed was of the wall exposing the wires. The fire alarm was hanging of the ceiling. The microwave sparked when on. The lights in one of the bedrooms didn't all work. On top of all that danger the place wasn't clean. There were huge cobwebs all over the place. Anys in one of the bed rooms. Soap scum streaked all over the shower stall. There were wrappers and used personal hygiene products behind the sofa. The bathroom extractor is incorrectly installed brawing air from out side into the bathroom rather than removing the steam. There is no way to stream as advised by the advert as the tv is too old to allow for casting. The WiFi was weak, only having to bars max. The area was busy all night on a Wednesday so must be howling in the weekends. The mattresses were all uncomfortable with broken springs, lumps and sags. Do not stay here, it's a con. The fact they are still a 'trusted partner' of booking.com has killed my faith in this sight. I really thought they would remove it when I told them about the safety risks.

The keys were almost impossible to access, and the host were slow to reply to text, they DO NOT answer calls. Thewhole place had an odd smell. Everything in the kitchen is dirty and nothing was usable. The beds were dirty and broken, then while we was leaving we had to lift the bed and found dirty used comdoms under the bed. The electrics were unsafe, wires that were laying in water on the outside. Also the location was definitely not the best. Noise all day and nigth. The it took forever to get the deposit back, they again don't answer the phone or messages. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place.
