2-Bed Apartment with Rooftop Garden in Prime Cardiff City Location

We book for 3 person when we arrive we only found 2 towels. We call the owner from the beginning he promised to follow up, but in the end of the day, nothing happened. I tried to call him several times, but no answer. When we back to the property. We tried to take a shower but we found the bathtub is clogged can’t be drained. So we can’t take shower. After one week the property owner report to Booking.com They have reported damages to the accommodation and for that reason require payment of 100 GBP for getting all the towels and tea coffee sugar and all the bedding at the property. We kindly ask you to make this payment as soon as possible.

The whole apartment was clean and tidy, great layout and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this apartment.

The property was close to Cardiff, had the amenities we needed and the beds were comfortable.

The cleanliness was an issue - there was rubbish under the bed and behind chairs. Dirty mugs were put back in the cupboard and there were random items in the freezer. The place would benefit from some maintenance to fix cracks in the window etc The outdoor was tiny with no outdoor lights

Great host and great value for money

It’s a nice distance from the centre as we walked to the Cardiff Castle. Everything that we need is provided to us.

The oven and some of the kitchen appliances were not very clean when we arrived. Apparently it was left like that by the previous tenants, including the missing hair dryer. So we had to do our own cleaning when we arrive. Walls are a little thin and the full trash at the downstairs entrance were there from the day we arrived till the day we left.

I was surprised at the facilities in the apartment.washing machine.fridge freezer.iron and board and a vacuum cleaner.the beds were so comfortable and clean as was everything else in the apartment.there was a cooker .microwave kettle and toaster ..spotless.wifi was quick to connect to .I recommend this property .

Host was great, provided us easy steps to access room. It's above an off license (although no alcohol license), and close to a One Stop for quick access to essentials. Room is perfect, and the outside section is a game changer, so private, and there's now 4 chairs! Xbox is a nice ad on, you can play a couple games of Fifa with the lads. Beds are comfy Windows open nice and wide (apart from bathroom)

*these are all minor faults, it was a great stay but I want to be honest to give the best feedback* Front door is a bit of a pain to open, it gets jammed. Bathroom window gets no ventilation due to the outside area being built. Shower hole was full of hair so it became a bath every time. Kitchen equipment could be better. Had to get additional essentials like toilet roll and bin bags. TV could do with a slight upgrade.
