Sun Love Old San Juan

Niente, della struttura nulla. Le foto sono degli scam, vengono fatte con delle luci che sembra ci sia luce naturale che non c’era. Non c’era una finestra e il locale era veramente sporco con capelli e polvere ovunque. Si salva la location.

Appartement très bien situé , au centre du vieux San Juan.

L’appartement ne dispose d’aucune fenêtre, aucune possibilité de voir dehors ce que mots avons trouvé très désagréable

Everything on the booking was vague.. there was a cleaning fees of 99 dollars that was not made clear during booking.. on top of it the booking said parking available so I booked accordingly.. to my surprise I had to pay almost 60 dollars im addition to parking because all the closest parking spots were filled. So I had to park almost 8 blocks away and walk with luggage on steep hill in rain. Upon arriving at 3:30pm to my surprise the lady had just got in the unit to clean.. it took her an hour to clean the place and I had to sit in balcony and wait and was bitten by mosquitos.. after I lost patience I told the cleaning lady to get out.. she left the place dirty.... between I booked the place at 7:45 am and told them of a early arrival. Despite all this i was promised the place would be ready by 3:00 pm. That was not the case. I called the host to complain and He told me to file a complaint with booking.com. the bed had hair everywhere and the bathroom were not cleaned. When I pay 99 dollars for cleaning fees I need the place to be clean. Also the check in instructions were not clear they had two locks to get in the building. Having just one key from lock box was not sufficient enough. Luckily a neghboir helped me to get in the building.. This is by far one of the worst experiences ever for what I was charged ; I would've checked my self in a 4 star hotel in the vicinity and saved my self with all the hassle. Please stay away if u don't want to ruin your vacation

Location is great.

Unit was very dark, zero windows. Massive stairs to climb to get into unit. Loft area is comfortable but not easy to climb. Couch on main floor is big enough for one. Had a group of 9 staying next to us that were very loud all night.

The location was great. Was not too far off from entertainment and food... Had everything that we needed there.

The parking situation.

It was an amazing stay the place was very clean and central I walk all over to the restaurants and in the morning I meant to see all the seaside in the walking distance sense very beautiful home very beautiful Neighbourhood. I will definitely stay here anytime I want to stay in San Juan. Great host

The location couldn’t be more perfect; right in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from the colorful streets, amazing restaurants, and beautiful views. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described

I like that everything was near and walking distance. Like, Restaurants, little cafe shops, and other stores.

It said parking onsite. San Juan is super busy and you can’t park on the streets. Needless to say we paid $ 25 - $30 per day and we stayed 6 days. This should have been communicated. Also the building was under construction, so the dust was heavy and I got really sick. I wanted to have a nice view during my evenings and sit in balcony, but again no view and that was very misleading on the site. I learned my lesson.
