Calypso Tower 3 Beach Resort

We loved that the property was walking distance to everything.

On a positive note the young black girls and family running food court by pool were very kind! Every time we went to the food court they were helpful and nice. Our room was clean and nice. On the negative side, The staff was rude and we called to talk to them for several days about bringing our boat. They said there was no problem. We told them how big it was and they said it was fine to park our boat and truck. When we left and was almost to PCB, we called again and they said no we couldn't bring our boat it was too long. We proceeded to tell them we had talk to someone several times and a lady name CJ or TJ that manages HOA or property called us liars. Like why would we lie when we were just confirming about where to park our boat. We had to scramble to find a place at last Minute. When we arrived at resort there was a truck and enclosed trailer just as long as ours right next to the spot they said we could have. Also when we walked around the property nobody was nice. The only thing they would say is you have 10 more min before you need to leave pool. We also received a rude note on our door that said take your towels off of your balcony or you will be fined. We went by the office and they said they had nothing to do with it that it wasn't their problem but it was a security problem. We would never hang our towels our balcony so not sure why that happen. It was not welcoming there at all! The girl that checked us in was the same girl that we left our bracelets with when we checked out. We waited 30 min to check out before she would even acknowledge us. She could have said if you're checking out, I will be glad to turn those in for you. But no! She had the worst customer service skills! Furthermore, we talked to many people around the pool that stated the staff was very rude. They all felt like they were being policed around the facility. We will never return to this resort.

Excellent staff and our unit was exceptional!! Modern decor and clean!! Location close to beach and shopping. Will most definitely stay here again!
