Calypso Tower 3 Beach Resort

The room itself had a great view, however cleanliness was lacking in some parts. There was some places on the wall under the kitchen bar that was left from previous people who stayed and something splattered on wall. Also had something in the wall in master bathroom by garbage can like something was thrown away and hit the wall that was a feminine product. I will say I did enjoy the fact beach chairs came with the reservation, however, wasn't very relaxing when others were allowed to place their chairs or tents in front of the chairs in front of the resort. And then at the pool, kids couldn't be kids. I liked it was monitored for bracelets for actual guests however not enough seating, especially when some seating was broken. And kids couldn't be kids and would be gotten onto for jumping in the pool, but yet other rules said no floats were allowed or throwing balls but then other days it was allowed.... Just not consistent and again want kids to be able to be kids and have fun I'm game for them having it, just did not like some being gotten onto and not others.

The pool rules are very enforced during the day. However, after 5-6pm, no one’s watching anything and it gets crazy. Groups of adults & teenagers launching footballs across the shallow walk in side to the 4ft mark so the little kids can’t enjoy the pool. One evening, 5 people has huge tubes in the shallow end of the pool.

The checkin/checkout process was easy! The staff was super friendly, the HUB down stairs food was pretty good for its value. The room was amazing clean, spacious ,and newly renovated! The facility was clean and the elevators all worked and they noted pretty fast.We will be booking again soon!!

We needed more face towels in the unit.

I really liked how friendly amc accomandating the staff was the parent was really comfortable.
