The location of the hotel is very very beautiful. Situated directly at the river bank you are able to enjoy your evening and night relaxing by the quiet and calm canal looking at the lights reflecting themselves in the water. It is also easy to get there as you just walk until the end of the Floating Market. The owners are very friendly, speak great english and take care of you if you ever needed something! As I was the only guest for the night I stayed, they let me even have a better room and on the next day the owner took me on a train ride to Ban Laem and back to the Mae Klong Market. I had a great time and a lot of fun in Amphawa! Thank you!!

"Amazing experience"

My second year staying here. Such amazing location & value, would give 10 stars if I could. This place is extremely underrated and they should triple their prices. Such friendly people, too. Extremely welcoming, great vibe, beautiful deck on the water to relax. Thanks Ban Mae Arom!

The verandah at the river with a wonderful view and the porridge with fresh prawn and meat balls for a wonderful hot breakfast

"Interesting local experience, living in century-old wooden house by river"

Came here second time after first visit on 2018. Went on Friday so can enjoy the peaceful environment. Booked firefly trip at 60baht and we took off from homestay directly at 9pm, very convenient.

very friendly owner, thanks for allow us to use their washing machine because the auto dobi nearby was closed at 9pm. The massage service also good and at reasonable price.
