"owner and staff are so kindly, however the bed and sofa is so old."

location and river view is really good. you can do nothing stay and just see the river in here all day. AM 06:00 can wait the monk for praying .

the bed is so old and not confortable .

They includes breakfast and provides drinks. Quite nice that you can stay close with the river.

The location is a bit far away from the dropping pt but still acceptable.

Very nice and helpful host! Amazing view and atmosphere by the river! Kids love the hammocks! Breakfast is nice, and you can even order more from the cooking boat that visits in the morning.

not really. The bathroom can be improved, but is within expectation.
