I’ve stayed here so many times we just keep coming back n the services by the staff n cleaners are well amazing with my anxiety n disabilities they all went above n behond so thankyou the disabled room in room 1 is everything we need n that’s the room i will always book so thankyou n we see yous a soon

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like everything was perfect

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The room had a fag ash smell like someone had been smoking in there i didn't like to say anything while i was there cause the staff were lovely but just thought I'd let you know but otherwise everything was perfect thank you x

The size of the hotel rooms were unexpectedly big and the Queen size bed was very comfortable.

Lots of problems in the rooms from water not running away due to a stuck plug in the bath/shower and water not staying in the sink due a leaky plug. There were some issues with the lighting in the room as well.

I put the no disturb sign on the door, & still got disturbed

Convenient for our needs, good value for money, we liked having meals on site at reasonable prices. Evening meal and breakfasts booked. Plenty of free parking adjoining hotel, made for easy access, as well as our large ground floor twin room

perhaps a little dated for some, but suited our needs for a short stay
