Excellent experience. All the staff were very kind and attentive, especially the receptionists Lucie and Wendy. The transportation arranged by the hotel to Hoi An was perfect; the driver, Vu, was very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Tolle Roof Top Bar mit Pool, leider war es bei uns zu regnerisch und windig um zu baden. Erstklassiges Restaurant oben, allerdings für asiatische Verhältnisse recht teuer. Service und Qualität der Speisen waren wirklich hervorragend. Zimmer war schön mit Aussicht über die Flussmündung. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr motiviert und gut geschult.

Das Frühstück war nur mittelprächtig, teilweise schwierig ein Sitzplätze zu bekommen.

This is the second time I have stayed at the New Orient Hotel in less than a year. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome and that did not change for the duration of our stay. Staff like Mya (pronounced Mi) and Felix, which we now consider friends, especially for their excellent customer service and a genuine attitude to help you with all your needs. Our rooms were always clean and the amenities were excellent. When we dined in the hotel for breakfast and dinner we were always greeted with smiles and friendly chat. Keep it up.

There are not too many negatives for the New Orient as most things were on point. If there was a very minor suggestion for the food manager, it would be to ensure that room service is a priority when ordered. On two occasions we had to ring for our order after it had not arrived an hour from ordering. They did not even have a record of it. Minor but worthy to note.
