New Orient Hotel Da Nang

After a lot of travel this is the first hotel that genuinely deserves a 10/10. The management are doing something right because the staff are genuinely happy and their personalities shine through the great service. While not a new or big hotel it is beautifully maintained with many thoughtful touches that speak to “we care about you”. I arrived tired and late and felt really well taken care of - something quite rare these days. From your first cheerful greeting in the lobby, the great breakfast, fantastic spa and pool to Rose asking about my stay - I’d have to say after years of travel - this was by far a stand out experience.

This hotel was a gem! We booked 4 rooms for 5 nights, enjoyed everything about this hotel from the staff, to the rooms and the comfort. The breakfast is also very good. Rose, Felix and Johnny all looked after us very well and the staff at the pool bar were great!
