Clean, friendly, thoughtful touches, wonderful bed. Excellent lounge and conservatory facilities were a bonus. Good parking. Lovely garden.

Good location, a 10 minute walk into town. Very comfortable bed and room had everything and more!

It is a long walk to the beach, but it's fine if you have a car.

As soon as we walked into out Seaview room my partner Claire (owns a cleaning business) did her usual and tested for dust etc. I'm pleased to say there was none. The bed was so spacious and comfortable as was the sizes of the room and bathroom. Everything about this place had an attention for detail. Thankyou Kelly and if anybody reading this please get down to Wells Crab House as it's the best seafood restaurant we've EVER visited!

They only thing I don't like is the very fact I can't criticise on anything!

Beautiful and very well decorated property. The host was very responsive, helping us with all the details we needed for our stay. Absolutely loved the fact that they had a dining area in the conservatory, but gutted that we never got to use it.

The bathroom was a little small for me, but otherwise everything was perfect

"Very small, but comfortable room, a good 10 minute walk out of town."

This is a room in a house, there is plenty of well signed parking, the room was well signposted and easy to find. The room was clean and there was everything we needed including a coffee pot, kettle, water and biscuits. We didn't order the breakfast.

The room and bed were both very small. My husband and I are tall and there was no room for us to do our morning stretches and the shower is definitely not made for anyone over 5'10" . The property is also a 10 minute walk away from town, not a big deal, but we would have preferred to be more in the thick of it.
