Saltmarsh Rooms at Armeria in Wells next the Sea

Great communication. Lovely room, such lovely decor, not just the room but the whole house. The lounge and conservatory were really comfortable. Pretty little garden too. So many lovely little extras in the room made it feel extra special and the ladies were super, lots of helpful information and we ate at their crab restaurant too in town which was delicious 😋 Would definitely stay again and in the same room.

Just the view from the room as it overlooks the car park at the front of the property but otherwise perfect 👌

Perfect home from home accommodation

Spotlessly clean and perfect location 10 min from the town , via a cut through to the green near the Crown Hotel, this is a true hidden gem ! There is everything you could ever need for your Home starting from the torch at the key safe if you’re arriving in the dark right through to spare cotton buds , earplugs, sewing kit , well stocked refreshments, and excellent communication with Kelly , thank you ☺️ 😎👍

A home from home with everything you could need. We stayed for two nights but were able park for 6 for an extra charge as we were walking on the coastal path.

The beds were very comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner was available to use. A good selection of drinks and biscuits on offer which were refilled for the second night.

Great location with designated parking. Comfortable bed and great ensuite shower. Beautiful room with lots of nice touches. Property immaculately clean. Kelly was a friendly and welcoming host who had thought of everything you might need and made available. Perfect from start to finish! 👌
