"Would recommend"

The breakfast was so well presented. The option to save what you didn’t eat was thoughtful. There were labels to put on your own provisions in a shared fridge. The room was warm and had all we needed. Kelly is a lovely hostess.

My friend would have enjoyed a cooked breakfast as an option

The location was excellent. The room was well laid out and had everything you could want. Tea and coffee complete with biscuits were replenished. Kelly asked if we needed anything when we saw her and we said no and that everything was perfect.

To be honest everything was as we could wish for.

The room was comfy, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff wre friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - within easy reach of the places we planned to go, and easy walk into downtown Wells.

There was everything we needed there. A lot of thought had gone into it. Lots of little nice touches. Very good decor and facilities. Very clean.

Needed access to more pillows but could have requested these I think

"Perfect stay."

The flat was spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need. Very easy check-in with a notification on the day that we could get in early, from midday which was a bonus. Different coffees and speciality teas with lovely biscuits and fresh milk daily provided. Everything was perfect.

Lovely decorated, spacious and clean room, clean ensuite bathroom with nice shower. Good location to explore North Norfolk. The continental breakfast on a tray was fabulous, with fresh fruit salad and berries and plenty of coffee or tea. Very friendly staff.

We would have liked more space to put our belongings e.g. more free space in the cabinet/wardrobe or in the corners of the room where decorative materials are.
