This is truly exceptional accommodation and provides excellent value for money. The room was large and had a very comfortable bed. Nice views in two directions which was a nice feature. The real standout though was the attention to detail and guest comfort. Lots of small touches which made for a very comfortable stay- the box of forgotten items was especially appreciated. We spoke to one of the staff in the morning, who was very friendly and helpful- and even though we didn't use it during our brief stay, we liked the look of the guest lounge and outside space. We have decided we'd definitely like to stay here again when next visiting the beautiful North Norfolk coast. It really stands out in every respect.

As we were visiting for a wedding, we didn't spend much time in the room or at the property. It would be nice to have a more relaxing stay next time so we could appreciate the place a little more.

Nice big rooms. Spotlessly clean. Kettle with teas and coffes in room. Fridge with milk available. Close but not walking distance to beach. Free parking. Guest lounge overlooking garden.
