Saltmarsh Rooms at Armeria in Wells next the Sea

Good location, excellent facilities with lots of lovely additional touches e.g fresh milk provided daily, fridge on landing for keeping drinks/food cool and fresh. A downstairs accessible lounge.

The garden room though very comfortable with a large bathroom lacked sufficient space to put cases

The breakfasts were amazing with copious amounts of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fresh croissants, delicious marmalade all served with a smile from Kelly who looked after us really well in a lovely bright comfortable room overlooking a delightful garden. Very generous supplies of toiletries in the shower room with lovely large towels.

It was perfect for us so no problems.

Kelly is the perfect host her attention to detail in the B&B is excellent. Our room was immaculate, very quiet, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. The breakfast of cereals, fruit, toast and pastries was well presented each morning and the landing well stocked with teas, coffee, water, biscuits and milk in the fridge. Easy parking.

Excellent room with lovely decor, good parking, quiet location but short walk into town. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and there was every amenity you could possibly need. The conservatory was a great place to be able to relax / eat food etc. The location was great. Easy & safe parking.
