Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. My daughter was straightening her hair and set some sort of alarm off, reception rang up to make sure we were ok, I have never had that when staying in a hotel before, I thought it was great that they checked on us. Beautiful surroundings and very tidy.

That we couldn't use just the pool, you had to pay to use all of the facilities. We only wanted the pool.
