It’s just excellent all round. The staff are ALL a credit to the hotel. Wonderful stay, won’t hesitate to stop there ahead. The general manager, on a very busy Saturday evening, went above and beyond any expected duties to help my daughter with her electric car issues. It was pouring down with rain and he put on a coat and went to the car park to help her. Just cannot express how grateful we were & his actions saved a lot of worry. A brilliant manager in many respects when watching him work in the hotel thereafter too.
