I recently stayed at tis hotel in April and had a great experience. The chamber was clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was a great spot to relax after a hot day of tourism, and the efficient AC made the room very comfortable. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived several hours before check-in unannounced, and the staff graciously accommodated us by providing a room early.

Hotel room service from restaurant food took a long time to arrive

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Great value for money. The staff were very welcoming, particularly Mai on reception. She was always available to support us.

The hotel is really quiet and we got a good sleep.

We booked a suite which was supposed to have a couch but the couch was removed from our room. In general, the description did not match the room. Furthermore, it was dirty and there was a lot of hair on the floor.

In general, the hotel felt really luxurious and fancy, the rooms were amazing and really comfortable. I was impressed when I walked into my room, it was stunning, and the view was great as well. Location was ok, not too far from the bus station to go to Phong Nha so that's a plus.

The breakfast was pretty bad, but to their credit, they refunded me the money for the buffet breakfast, which was nice. I would just suggest checking out the food before you buy the breakfast buffet ticket, maybe I just was there on a bad day or something.

Hot/Cold shower is not good. Need to fix this
