The hotel was in a good location - close to the train station which helped us out. There were a number of restaurants and cafes around which made getting to dinner fairly straight-forward. The rooms were a decent size and reasonably comfortable.

The breakfast was very disappointing - very little choice and not great quality. We booked two rooms, which in fairness were a decent size and reasonably comfortable, but the main issue was the showers. Neither room could get 'warm' water. It was either burning hot or freezing cold, and the temperature oscillated between the two which changing the tap. We mentioned this on both days we were there, and despite the hotel being basically empty, no alternative rooms were offered. The hotel did try and send maintenance to look, but it was after our children had gone to bed, which was no good for us. Overall it was very disappointing.
