GBThis hotel was absolutely lovely. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was lovely - really clean and spacious. The bed was extremely large and comfortable, and the bath in the room was a bonus. The staff truly go above and beyond here. I accidentally left my jacket behind in the wardrobe, and the hotel delivered it to our new hotel in Phong Nha the next day on a sleeper bus, at no extra charge. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning on coming to Ninh Binh!
