THThe staff is super willing to help even they can’t speak english. The room was so big and clean. Few minutes wall to pho co hou lu. The host is super nice. The house keeper provide breakfast for us which feels like home.

No separate shower. Two people are staying but we were only supplied with one coffee sachet when the room was prepared.

USIn a quiet corner and a great location to old town with a short walking distance. Clean and spacious room. Motorbike rental. Curtesy staff always willing to help. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you like Korean food check out one at a corner of this hotel.
AUThis hotel has potential, but our stay was spoilt by inaction and incompetence of staff. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the fridge was large and the balcony was a pleasant place to sit.
Many problems, caused largely by inept staff. First, there was confusion about our room. We were given 204, but it didn't have the balcony. That was changed to 304, which did have a balcony but wasn't made up. Then we were given 404 - a pleasant looking room, except that water leaked, under the glass petition, from the shower onto the floor in the bedroom. Worst of all, the toilet was blocked and it took 2 days, and three attempts to get it fixed. The room was only made up once during our stay, and we were only ever given 2 towels for 3 occupants. Despite claims that "All rooms are fitted with a safety deposit box.", room 404 was not.
