Location. Plenty of space. Coffee and cookies. Thanks. The guys from the bistro the help us with our luggage’s were very helpful and kind.

Need to provide extra blankets. The thorny cactus are beautiful but they need to be placed on the other side of the stairs. In order to access the stairs baluster. The left over condiments should be checked for cleanliness and expiration dates.

The view is amazing and the place is on a quiet zone

It was a beautiful and clean home 5mins walk from the station. When I had to move my checkin date due to bus schedules from Banaue to Sagads (only leaving at 5am), I was glad to know that it was okay without any additional charge.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property, as when I arrived at around 8am by bus, I could not access the property. The instructions were to go to a nearby bistro and get guidance to find the entrance to the property. However, the bistro was closed (even though the sign said, "We're open!", I asked in three shops who also run inns where my hotel was and found it. Nobody was there, nobody answered. I rang Gina, nobody answered. Eventually, a neighbour told me where to find a relative of my host where I gratefully managed to dump my big and heavy backpacker-style suitcase. Since I only planned to do 1 night in Sagada, I wanted to make the most of my time by booking to a group tour 1.5hrs later. Since I could not get access to my hotel, I had to hike in a dress and my sunburn worsened as my sunscreen was in my luggage. Also, I had to scout around town for a toilet after the bus ride from Banaue. Eventually, at around lunch, the host still had not replied to any of my messages/calls. By chance, I saw the cleaner outside the hotel who let me in, gave me the keys and who offered to pick up my suitcase for me from the relative's house. I wanted to finally recharge my phone, as I had spent a few hours in a bus and then taking many pictures with it on a tour. I found out that none of the plugs in the upstairs bedrooms were working. The bedroom was warm. If anyone wanted to use the fan provided, they would not have any electricity for it... Finally, I wanted to extend my stay after finishing a tour shortly before checkout time. Gina never replied to any of my messages. Since I had to assume she was ghosting me after the botched check-in, I quickly packed everything up even though I would have liked to rest a bit longer after the hiking tour than just 40mins and looked up other free properties on booking.
