Barcelo Maya Riviera was modern, clean, so spacious and bright. We enjoyed the huge room, amazing ocean view, large and comfy bed! The restaurants offered delicious options and the drinks were tasty. The hotel was quiet and the fact that you can enjoy all other hotels on the property made it unbeatable. We loved our stay!

We had a fantastic time at Barcelo Maya Riviera. It’s big but well executed. Super clean, modern resort with good food, drinks and the largest pool we’ve ever seen. They clean the beach throughout the night to keep it free of sargassum. Premium upgrade was worth it for best views, preferred dinner reservations and upgrade to Patron for the best margaritas. All staff were friendly and ready to accommodate any request. The room was modern and gorgeous with an HUGE comfortable bed. And don’t miss the free daily hydrotherapy at the spa. It was amazing!! Also had an outstanding massage and facial. The double decker bus runs frequently and makes it easy to travel to other resorts. the spa and club day or night. We also visited the 3 cenotes located right across the street. Yes, you can walk to 3 cenotes: Azul, Eden and Cristalino. We have vacationed at A LOT of all inclusives and this one was superior by far. We’ll definitely be returning!

Got the swim up premium and was well worth it! We used the pool so much after hours. Food options were really good as well! Staff was extremely nice and helpful and really liked the access to other resorts! Would definitely come again
