Lack of sufficient water in washroom when required especially during night. Feels so embarrassed at that time.

GBPathetic service … the receptionist told me that they don’t have rooms which I requested with two beds once I reached at the location although I called property in advance and confirmed about the requirement. Suddenly they said they don’t have rooms imagine in city like mumbai nowhere to go . Luckily I found good budget hotel very next to the same hotel . Pathetic room’s unhygienic and mosquitos around and sewage smell coming out from rooms . Very BAD EXPERIENCE and I would like to advice booking.com not to advertise such accommodation places which gives bad reputation to the brand .
