The room size was very small. Quality is poor. Not good room service. They charge extra for 1 bottle. There are always too many mosqutoes. as i have booked for 6 days, i had to stay. they asked for money during 1st stay only. There has to be an option for cancellecation.

Guests were smoking despite the non smoking status. No water at night. Leaking room. Very small rooms and noisy and smelly hotel. No tissue paper provided and insufficient towels. The staff knocks in morning or at might to check water level which is located in one of the rooms..even 0200

Unfortunately, my husband and I didn't get the room. My husband is Indian and I was born in Germany. We have been married for two years. When we arrived at this hotel, we were sent away immediately, saying that they don't take Indians with foreign wives. I call that discrimination.
