No coffee pots in the rooms

I loved the owners. A couple trying to renovate a motel for their family. I had to change rooms to upgrade to a better firmer bed. Husband was very helpful in helping getting a customer to move his car that blocked me in.

Walls are thin. You can hear tv going all night. I had to just wake up and get on the road early because I couldn't sleep.

Very clean rooms! The staff was lovely and incredibly friendly. Always a smile, so thank you so much. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. The shower had good water pressure. Shampoo and bar soap were included which was nice. It had everything you needed for a long or short stay and it felt very secure and safe. There are also washing machines on site. The parking felt secure and well lit with ample space. It was close to the downtown and a 20 minute drive to Eureka Springs. There is a Walmart close by and some fast food places as well as some local restaurants. Very centrally located within the town. It was a very good value.

Dirty sheets,stains, and hair. Funky hot plastic cover.. no trash can. Outlet between beds didn't work. Odd smell from ac. Shower.
