The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again when coming to the area for an overnight stay.

Off the main road. Lot was decently lit.

The room we were given looked nothing like the booking photos. We showed up to a room with a made bed, but smelled terrible. Pulling the sheets back we discovered a pee stain and a wet mattress!! The bed was entirely made before! Paraphernalia under the mattress on one side against the wall. I complained and asked for a different room. The guy (not even the employee- boyfriend or husband of the night clerk girl - she was a mom and had their daughter so I didn’t think anything of it) was like “yeah that’s a room for our chicken coop workers when they come to work on the chicken coops…we give them those rooms they don’t complain much.” Mind you we’ve driven to Berryville from an hour west of DENVER in one swoop so we are exhausted. Our new room had a musty window AC unit in the wall and a wobbly ceiling fan and dead cockroaches. This was their “upgraded room”. Terribly uncomfortable, but we slept on top of the covers for 4hrs and checked out.
