"El lujo no lujo"

El entorno. La bahía es espectacular

Mala organización, en función a quien preguntaras te decía una cosa diferente. El personal hablaba un inglés imposible de entender, si es que lo hablan. Y lo mejor es que cuando llegas a la habitación con ganas de darte una ducha, el agua sale con un chorrito, dando gracias. Todo esto en un supuesto crucero de lujo. No vale lo que cuesta

The beautiful Ha Long Bay

Unfortunately, the lack of communication was a let down. We did the 2 nights/3 day option-make sure that you check this carefully as we found out our intinerary for day 2 late on the first night-when VC Mark announced that everyone was getting off the day-hello what about us. They did forget us on 2 occasions but thankfully we survived. The beauty of Ha Long Bay is the only saving grace.

Beautiful experience- we stayed for the 3 day cruise and had a great time on day 2 exploring Cat ba. a little bit of luxury. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make the whole experience special

What a lovely experience, we have been very welcome from the staff, everyone is lovely, especially Mr. Andy, the operator of the tour. Lan Ha Bay is fantastic, and the destination is beautiful.

Even though the weather is not very good, the place is still beautiful. That is about the cruise :D

Voy a contar mi experiencia por si puede ayudar a las personas que lo contraten. Yo contrato Amanda luxury cruise y recibo el mensaje que el barco se encuentra en obras de mantenimiento y no está disponible. Nos ponen un barco similar pero no el mismo pero bueno hasta la cita todo correcto. Después de hacer el primer día de kayak coincidimos con gente del Amanda cruise. Molesta bastante que te digan una cosa y ves que es otra… reparten según demanda imagino …
