Balcony Sol - Lovely Center Apartments Seville

Very comfortable apartment in a good location. The host was very helpful with tips and recommendations. We had a great stay.

Ottima la posizione. L'appartamento era in una via abbastanza silenziosa. Barbara, la padrona di casa, ci ha dato molti consigli utili per poter visitare la città. Ci è stato concesso di posticipare il check out di un paio d'ore.

L'appartamento non era assolutamente pulito in generale: abbiamo trovato nella zona giorno sul pavimento diversi capelli lunghi di una donna. Inoltre mancavano accessori come tovagliette e tovaglioli di carta o anche sale da cucina. La camera era talmente piccola che non c'era lo spazio per due comodini e due prese piccole: abbiamo dovuto lasciare le valigie in soggiorno. In camera avevamo solo un cuscino a testa. Nell'armadio c'erano oggetti che occupavano spazio come asse e ferro da stiro, oltre a poche grucce per poter appendere i vestiti. Non avevamo un ricambio di asciugamani. Anche il lavandino era molto piccolo: in generale l'appartamento risulta poco funzionale e da riadattare, oltre che da darci una bella ripulita.

The property itself was cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet at night. The location was also very convenient to everything.

Maybe it is not the dislike it’s just we cant find the switch on the main hall.

Barbara was an excellent host. She sent us so many recommendations for food, drinks and things to do which we really appreciated. Barbara checked in on us to make sure we were having a good time and to ask if we needed any further help. Our flight arrived a bit late at night and she kindly left the keys with someone close by so we were able to check in straight away. The apartment was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

The host was great to communicate with. She gave us tons of recommendations. Great location in the old part of the town, close to attractions, grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants. The apartment has everything one needs for a short stay. It is small but functional. One can even cook up a meal or two. We cooked our breakfast before heading out. Can’t comment on the balcony since it was cold for its use, but we imagine it would be a great addition in the warmer times. Laundry machine was a bonus. For those from North America, here in Europe they don't have dryers. You have to do your laundry a few days before your departure and hang it to dry.

location was excellent. Short walk to main attractions. Local shop and cafe. Excellent communication and great suggestions for places to eat.
