Balcony Sol - Lovely Center Apartments Seville

A very enjoyable 2 week stay for a couple. The apartment is well equipped and super clean. The location is convenient to the center of the city, on a quiet street, and there's a supermarket in 5 minutes walk. Barbara is a great host, easy to reach. Her suggestions for local restaurants were excellent. Hope to be back!

The apartment has great potential and excellent WiFi.

It was not very clean particularly the floors. The outdoor terrace was very dirty. The cloths dryer was full of rusty water that went everywhere when we tried to use it. It was noisy from the street and the next door neighbours dog barking. If the bedroom door had shut this would have reduced some of the noise in the bedroom. We thought the using the name “Lux” in the description implied the apartment was better than it was. There were only 4 books in the apartment and these were on the coffee table. These were all for children and one was the bible. Photo books of Seville or Spain would have been more appropriate. We have provided this feedback to the host who says they will take action.

Very good location, friendly owner, and fair price to quality ratio. The apartment is cozy, clean, and very functional. I recommend it especially to people traveling in couples :)

no waiting around, very easy and convenient location, only 2 minutes walk from the property. Having a washing machine and balcony was fantastic. Barbara our host was fantastic, communications, recommendations and overall virtual guide. Thank you Barbara, we will being using your apartment again. Seville is stunning.

Nothing at all, perfect city apartment.

The apartment was nice and clean. It was in a quiet location, 10 minutes away from more lively areas. The owner was very nice and informative.

The apartment is rather small. It's very good if you plan to visit the city, but not if you want to work from there for a few days.

The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and cozy, perfect for a solo traveller. The location was also great, albeit a little further away from the typical sightseeing locations. But you'll get to enjoy your daily walks! With that being said, I think it's a perfect place for someone who wants to live like a local. Barbara's home and hospitality made me feel like home away from home.

Good location, every equipment is new and working. The apartment was packed with a lot of useful stuff, the owner thought of every small item you’ll need. Small toiletries, washing capsule, coffe capsule, new sponge for dishes. We could cook everything we wanted. We visited Seville during winter and we were afraid that maybe the heating would not be too much but this apartment is well heated. It has bed warmer, small heater in addition to the working airconditioning. Ironing board and iron too. I hope I mentioned everything…
