HA Ocean Front Hotel and Apartment

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in the way they communicated with guests. The hotel was also unclear and inconsistent regarding invoice issuance, which caused inconvenience. The beach area in front of the property was not usable. Guests should carefully consider these issues before booking

Beach is under construction so we couldn’t use the private beach, the pool was shaded all day.

Perfect location near to 5 stars resorts in case you wanna hangout in them the staff are helpful and friendly they provide anything for you i asked for iron, electric bike, motorcycle.. everything was provided the room was clean with the sea view its a calm area if you want to disconnect also the prices are reasonable they have menu à la carte for lunch snacks or dinner overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was nice, clean and tidy. Straight forward check in. The beach is across the road.

The balcony was unusual. You couldn't sit out there. Just open the door. Private beach was unkept and a fishing dock?

A little bit out of town, but still very easy to get anywhere you wanted. The beach nearby was closed during our stay.

Tout était parfait le petit déjeuner est fantastique : légumes cuits vapeur et crus ou cuisinés, plats Vietnamiens différents chaque jours et cuisinés par les 2 chefs très bons et aux petits soins. Les oeufs proposés sous toutes leurs formes, viennoiserie française, toast, gyosas nems et autres bouchés asiatiques delicieuses, fruits pays (pitaya, papaye, mangues, ananas etc... ) à volonté, bref une tuerie avec café et thé à volonté. A l'accueil Mya et Tim, Amy sont très bons pros et vraiment très agréables, Duc à l'entretien très à l'écoute et toujours le sourire. Pardon pour ceux que j'oublie et dont le service est parfait merci. La chambre très spacieuse et bien climatisée, le lit de 2,5 m de large, ménage fait chaque jour. Même les femmes de chambre sont au top et adorables...

The breakfast was good, pool was great. Being about to use the bikes for free was really helpful for riding to Hoi An and other areas. it was quiet with a view of the ocean. There are great seafood restaurants down the road and small supermarket nearby.

The beach wasn't as clean as I was expecting. The water wasn't clear, but I'm from Australia so have high standards. The balcony was small and I woudl have liked a small chair to use on the balcony. i did move the chair inside the room to the door so I could enjoy the view.
