Noisy., especially at night. Guests making a lot of noise in the corridors, was very hard to sleep.

The facilities were new from the rooms toilets, towels and gardens.

The water park was the only thing running. The pool was under construction. They require more amenities eg gym, spa, more food varieties.

Position is OK to access the park early morning

Asked for breakfast pack ( take away) at 5.45 and at 6.30 the chef did not arrived so neither My breakfast. We booked a triple room but only 2 towels Do not deserve the price paid for

It is a very family friendly place, it's the perfect stay if you plan a safari trip to Lake Nakuru. The kid's pool was brilliant, we had a lot of fun there. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Ivory Park Hotel and will be returning soon.
