Newly built hotel, very clean

Noise from room can be heard

Location: 5 min from the Nakuru Lake gate. The staff was EXCEEDINGLY helpful, way beyond anything expected. Any problem you have whatsoever, they will solve it for you. The hotel is brand new, modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and esthetic. Huge pool with water slides. Gated private parking. Air conditioning. Great restaurant... And so on.

Nothing. Absolutely awesome.

They said the water park was included in the accomodation at booking,Only for the manager to change and say it wasnt.

The facility is new and rather beautiful The beds are also very comfortable

However the staff can do better at how they relate with the customers, also small small paint chippings in the rooms ,the room we slept in also had a broken bathroom door lock etc There's definitely some room for improvement

The hotel has new structures and the manager was very friendly, he always wanted to know how the customers were doing. The chef did an amazing job, perfect cooking.

The hotel toilet was quite new but it seems the finishing works was not well done, in between the tiles there was some holes. Some of the staff were quite professional but some were not, one even asked for a tip from me. It seems some staff are not well trained. The pool was quite shallow and water was dirty. Quite annoying. The hotel did not have mosquito nets, there were mosquitos at night and also the cleaners while cleaning left the doors open for long time, and I suspect mosquitos came to the room in the day time.

The meals ....lunch and dinner are horrible. I had to eat out all throughout

Everything is perfect about this place. Kids enjoyed the stay..
