"hotel was good but don’t book through a 3rd party"

We liked the hotel staff and the location

However booking through the LSI resorts was a mistake since the staff isn’t allowed to do anything you have to pay for any clean towels or anything. Did not realize when booking that it was an Airbnb room inside the hotel we chose a hotel for the hotel experience but ended up having to wash some towels so we could shower the last couple days. if you are only staying a few days you might be ok with it.

Very comfortable property well-maintained very friendly staff. I would highly recommend dada on the third floor. Good food delicious chef Cyrus Goo is awesome!!!

Hidden fee about cleaning the room as needed. It was not stated or mentioned when booking the room. Also the bathtub water gets clogged up. So for three days the room was not cleaned and no toiletries either. It’s a first hotel you’re being charge for it to be cleaned
