Ampio appartamento, con tre camere da letto. Dotato di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni lunghi. Comodo al Centro (piazza Libertà raggiungibile in pochi minuti). Il palazzo è d'epoca, molto suggestivo, anche se necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione.

Отдыхали неделю в Грузии с семьёй, местоположение отличное! Чисто, тихо, спокойно, соседи не шумели, хозяин очень внимательный и приятный. На кухне и ванной было всё необходимое, при желании можно готовить, холодильник, микроволновка, кондиционер, всё в хорошем состоянии. Не было никаких проблем. Нам очень понравилось! Очень рекомендую!

Отличный вариант размещения в старинном доме! Мамука написал задолго до заезда, все рассказал, проинструктировал по заезду, обеспечил парковку для нашего автомобиля, посоветовал хороший ресторан недалеко. Район очень удобный, близко ко всем достопримечательностям старого города и к метро. В квартире чисто, уютно, просторно, есть все необходимое и даже больше. Дети были рады жить в верхней части комнаты. Большое спасибо, Мамука! Будем рады вернуться)
