It's a nice apartment close to Liberty square. There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds and sofa bed at living room/kitchen. All the equipment was standard for Tbilisi and good for our stay. You can use courtyard for free parking. There seems to be many short term rental apartments at this building but it was very quiet and peaceful all the time. Owner waited us in front of the house at the early morning.

Great option for a short stay - great location, cleanliness, host was very helpful, and the building was fascinating (built in the times of the Russian Empire). Recommended for friends, couples and families who want to be in the city center, save their budget and avoid any negative experiences.

Due to the building architecture having big windows for natural light seems not possible, but that would be an extra bonus. Though for a short stay you will not have to worry about that, especially if you're planning to see the city and not spending all your days inside the apartment.

The three-room apartment was amazing - it was big and had everything you need inside. A great option for travelling with friends or family, close to the heart of the city. The owner Mamuka was wonderful, helpful, made sure my family and I didn't get late to the airport, showed us all the wonderful places in the city :) I recommend it 100% and I will definitely stay here again when I am in Tbilisi :)

Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Nestled a stone's throw away from the bustling Central area, the house provides an excellent base to explore the city. Moreover, it's situated in close proximity to the Gallery Mall, making it a convenient spot for those who fancy a bit of shopping or a casual stroll through the mall. Just a short walk away is the iconic Liberty Square, a place rich with history and the bustling energy of Tbilisi. The house itself is a blend of comfort and convenience, embodying a homely charm while offering all modern amenities. The proximity to key city landmarks while retaining a sense of tranquility is something I particularly enjoyed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture while enjoying the comforts of a clean and centrally-located abode. Although the residents very close to the city center, there’s a 5 min climb up the street.

Fully renovated large apartment hidden in an old residential complex. Impeccably clean. The building alone is spectacular with its high ceilings and winding corridors. Caretakers are lovely people with great hospitality (only basic English, but communication was manageable) . Possibility to park in the courtyard. Fantastic value.

The host was very nice and helpful. Went with us to change point and helped to purchase a sim cards. Provided us with everything we wanted and beyond.

Only the main room (with a second floor) has an air conditioner. The rest 2 bedrooms don't have air conditioners, but a venta.
