The location was great. It was a fairly quick walk to all the main attractions. It was accessible with the 3 person lift. Had a decently sized communal space. The heated towel racks were effective at drying things.

The bathrooms both smelt heavily of sewerage. So much so a few of us gagged while going to the bathroom. The smell was made better when we poured white vinegar down the drains, but it still smelt of sewerage. It seems this issue has been going on since approximately May last year (based on the reviews) and has not been remedied. There was very limited hot water. We each had two minute showers, and the water was still cold by the third person. This made it very difficult for persons with longer hair to wash their hair. We also had to be strategic about when we would use the dishwasher and washing machine. The very limited amount of hot water was undesirable and uncomfortable in the winter. The water would take at least 1/2 a day to warm up again. The cleaning products were shoved under the sink haphazardly and the dish wipes were still wet when we arrived. This gave the the impression that the dish wipes were not replaced between guests. The staircase was a bit sketchy, having hand rails on only one side. This made it difficult to carry suitcases up and down the stairs. We feel it could be an issue for younger kids. While the apartment is listed as accommodating 6 people, there is only seating space in the dining and living room for 5 people. The second bedroom did not have a door handle. This made it difficult to open the door. The air conditioner in this room also did not work and only blew air (not cold or warm air). There is a panel of wood underneath the counters and dish washer that is basically just propped there, and sometimes falls over. The sugar was in a communal tin and did not have sachets.

Un apartamento precioso, muy buen gusto en la decoración, muy cómodo, limpio. En pleno barrio de las letras. Nos dejaron cafe, infusiones y fruta. Tres habitaciones amplias, 2 baños...nos quedamos 3 parejas y estuvimos muy comodos. Totalmente recomendable.

Nos hemos alojado en familia y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. La ubicación es excelente: a un paso del Museo del Prado y muy cerca de la calle Atocha, lo que facilita moverse andando por el centro y llegar rápido a muchos puntos de interés. El apartamento tiene un diseño muy bonito, con una decoración cuidada y espacios bien aprovechados, lo que lo hace cómodo. Además, las camas son especialmente confortables, algo que se agradece mucho después de un día de turismo por Madrid.

Location was perfect

The hot water tap in the 2nd (downstairs ) shower was broken so we had to rely on 1 shower for 6 people.

La luminosità e la grandezza dell appartamento. Si trova in una zona con alcuni locali . Però non davano fastidio .

Manca una sedia in più per il tavolo della cucina . Un odore di fogna nel bagno del secondo piano . Divano macchiato . Scale pericolose .
