USLocation and size of the property. The staff was easy to communicate with.
Bugs in the bathroom, the two bathrooms both smelled like a raw sewer. The property manager/owner was easy to contact and had placed bug traps and also installed air purifier to help make the bathroom smell better.

SGApartment is spacious. We prefer staying in neighbourhood that feel more local and less touristy but still close enough to walk to the main sights. The pace was calmer, lots of good food around (one we had at touristy area was bad)!
The stairs in our apartment had sharp edges and felt a bit unsafe.

USUSGood location in nice area with lots of restaurants. Big living room and fairly well stocked kitchen including good juice squeezer. Dish detergent supplied but no laundry soap. Nice they left us fresh fruit. Good hangers.
Bathroom in master suite smelled of mold. Staircase is open without railing so a bit dangerous. Also easy to hit head on bottom of staircase so maybe should put padding there. Would be good to have drying rack for clothes.
